The importance of inner dialogue, such as talking between the strong part and the fragile part that makes us up, is essential to overcome the difficulties of life, in particular to overcome a toxic relationship. How thoughts help us or condemn us, how being understanding and loving with ourselves gives us courage to face the outside world. Look in the mirror and tell yourself: you are beautiful, you are strong, you can dream and live what you want, you deserve to be happy, you are full of love and you deserve to receive it.
